We met the sweet and lovely Feng Liang at Surtex 2011 during booth set up. She was one of our neighbours and such a friendly gal with a fresh mix of cute characters and colourful collections. It was an added delight to discover she’s also Taiwanese with the dry wit we share. Bonding over our love of whimsical illustrations and patterns, and delicious Taiwanese cuisine, we became fast friends. While we were not next to each other at this year’s show, we were close enough to visit each other’s booths and catch up during the rare quiet moments. Hopefully we’re neighbours again next year!
